This was another contender for the weekend’s tapas party. I know they’re Chinese-flavoured, whatever, I’m a rebel.
These were dead easy to make, you just chucked them in the oven and forgot about them. The flavours were really strong and they taste just as nice cold the day later.
I’ll cook it again, when I have a house full of men wanting beer and meat, but I won’t use all that much oil, as it didn’t really need it.
